Tara is a highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist with extensive experience in the elite sport and performance industry. Her work spans AFL, NBL, A-League, the Australian Ballet, and a broad range of high-performance environments, including actors and touring musicians.

Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of performance demands, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and effective recovery.

While elite sport remains a key focus, Tara also works across aged care and disability, and is passionate about using massage to add meaningful value and support people at every stage of their journey.
