What the Program Involves

Your journey starts with a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment to develop a tailored exercise plan based on your ability, health history, and goals.

Your program includes:

  • Strength and resistance exercises to stimulate bone growth and muscle repair
  • Balance and mobility training to improve confidence and reduce fall risk
  • Two small-group classes per week for 12 weeks, guided by your physiotherapist
  • Ongoing reassessment and support to ensure you continue progressing safely
