Exercise Rehab

Exercise Rehabilitation involves our clinicians working closely with our clients to help them achieve their physical goals.

A rehabilitation program is a great option for managing:

  • A long term injury
  • Chronic pain
  • Recurrent injuries
  • Or any physical limitation that is reducing your involvement in work, sporting or leisure activities

Specific injuries that benefit from exercise rehabilitation:

  • Rehab post ACL reconstruction
  • Recurring ankle sprains
  • Achilles Tendon pain
  • Chronic Lower Back Pain
  • Shoulder Pain with Weights Training
  • Postural pain from desk work

As our exercise rehabilitation classes are run by a Physiotherapist the private health rebate can be claimed on-the-spot via the HICAPS system.
