Emma Stafford
Physiotherapist

Emma completed a Bachelor of Applied Movement Science and a Master of
Physiotherapy from Victoria University. Her years of competing in high-level
basketball, across both junior and senior State Championship levels, ignited her
passion for physiotherapy as she navigated her own injuries and rehabilitation as an
athlete.
Emma is dedicated to helping people return to the activities they love through a
combination of evidence-based exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, and empowering education.
Emma enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to emerging talent. She has particular interests in AFL and basketball injuries, injury prevention and management, bone health, and strength and conditioning.
Emma is also currently working as a physiotherapist with the Coburg VFL team and
with University High School (UHS) in the VAFA, where she supports athletes through their injuries and return to sport.
Emma has completed further training and has experience in clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning, and the GLA:D program, allowing her to deliver well-rounded and individualised care.
Outside the clinic, Emma stays active through gym training and playing basketball, loves spending time at the beach, and never misses a chance to cheer on the Geelong Cats.
