Thank you for booking with Life Performance – In Stride at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.

Please note that our private consulting room is now within the gym area at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre located at the corner of Epsom Rd and Langs Rd, Ascot Vale.  You will need to first check with the reception at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and advise them you are a client of In Stride Health Clinic.  Their reception will issue you a barcode in order to access the gym/pool area
Please ensure ample time for punctual arrival for your appointment as we may not be able to extend the appointment if you arrive late.

Cancellation policy

We understand that things come up and that you may need to change your appointment. Please contact us as soon as you can to move your appointment.

We do request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we have the opportunity to fill your time with another client who needs an appointment. A cancellation fee applies for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (exceptional circumstances excluded). We thank you for your understanding.

Private Health Insurance & Payments

All payments and health insurance claims are processed through our main business, Life Performance – In Stride. An invoice will be emailed and can be paid online or we will follow-up for over-the-phone payment.

Parking

There is ample parking at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, however during large events at Melbourne Showgrounds it may be time restricted.

New Patients

If you are new to our clinic—welcome! Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your first appointment. Our Physiotherapy staff will come and greet you at the Main Reception area at AVLC so please wait there.
If you have any scan reports, Medicare referrals, doctors’ letters or any other relevant documents, please bring them along and hand them to your therapist.

Hydrotherapy

If you’re attending hydrotherapy for the first time, you’ll need to have an initial appointment with your physiotherapist in a consult room (either at AVLC or at our main clinic). During this session, your therapist will explain the process and arrange a first-time meeting point—usually at the Leisure Centre reception.
For ongoing sessions, simply check in at reception and let them know you’re seeing an In Stride physiotherapist for hydrotherapy. Your therapist will meet you at the pool. If alternative arrangements are required, your therapist will advise you directly.
