He/Him
Adam is a physiotherapist with a strong background in sport, exercise and rehabilitation. Having previously played AFL at a sub-elite level and competed in state-level cross country, Adam experienced first-hand the challenges of injury and rehabilitation. These experiences sparked his passion for physiotherapy and helping people return to doing what they love.
Adam is the Head Physiotherapist at University Blacks Football Club in the VAFA, and has previously worked as a sports trainer with Port Melbourne in the VFL. He enjoys working with athletes across a range of sports and activity levels, from developing youth athletes through to recreational and competitive runners.
Adam is an accredited running coach and has a particular passion for working with runners, youth athletes and lower-limb injuries. He takes a strength-based approach to rehabilitation, with a focus on building capacity, improving performance and helping patients return confidently to their sport or activity.
Adam also holds additional training in Clinical Pilates and Strength and Conditioning, which he incorporates into tailored rehabilitation and performance programs.
Outside the clinic, Adam enjoys surfing, travelling, running and spending time in the gym.
