Courtney Kennedy-Smith
Senior Physiotherapist
Courtney is a highly skilled senior physiotherapist with extensive experience working in elite sport, having worked with Geelong AFLW, Basketball Victoria, Athletics Victoria, and currently as the Development Physiotherapist for the Western Bulldogs AFLW team.
Through her work in high-performance environments, she has developed strong skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance optimisation, particularly for female athletes. She holds additional qualifications in dry needling, Concussion Rehabilitation, Women’s Health Level 1 and ASCA Strength & Conditioning Level 1, allowing her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each individual. Courtney also runs a weekly Mums & Bubs Rehabilitation Class, designed to help mothers rebuild strength and return to exercise safely.
With a strong sporting background, having competed nationally in cross country, athletics and touch football at a young age, Courtney brings both personal insight and clinical expertise to her work. As a passionate runner herself, Courtney has a deep understanding of running-related injuries and enjoys helping athletes of all levels return to the sport they love.
